1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DraftGraders.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DraftGraders is a community platform where users share fantasy sports draft picks, receive community ratings and grades, and can optionally purchase tokens to request professional grades from verified Pro Graders.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not use offensive, misleading, or impersonating display names
• One account per person — duplicate or alt accounts may be banned

4. Tokens & Purchases

• Tokens are a virtual currency used within DraftGraders to request pro grades and tip graders
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency by users
• Token purchases are processed through Stripe and are subject to our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to modify token pricing and pack sizes at any time
• Unused tokens expire 12 months after purchase

5. Pro Graders

• Pro Grader status is granted at our discretion and can be revoked for violations
• Pro Graders are independent contributors, not employees of DraftGraders
• Pro Graders earn tokens for completed grades, redeemable per our payout terms
• Grades represent opinions and are not guarantees of fantasy performance

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (drafts, comments, ratings)
• By posting, you grant DraftGraders a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform
• You may not post content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, or illegal
• We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms

7. Disclaimer

DraftGraders is an entertainment platform for fantasy sports discussion. Grades and ratings are subjective opinions and should not be considered professional advice. We are not responsible for any fantasy league outcomes based on information shared on the platform.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftGraders and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of tokens, data, or fantasy league performance.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Manipulating ratings, grades, or leaderboards
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attempting to exploit the token system or payment processing
• Harassing other users or Pro Graders
• Circumventing security measures or rate limits

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting support@draftgraders.com. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site.
