Refund Policy

Token Purchases

Token purchases are generally non-refundable once tokens have been added to your account. However, we want you to have a great experience, so we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

When We Will Refund

  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate
  • Failed delivery: If tokens were not credited to your account after a successful payment
  • Expired pro grade requests: If a Pro Grader does not complete your rush grade request within the 12-hour window, your tokens are automatically refunded

When We May Not Refund

  • Tokens that have already been spent on pro grades or tips
  • Dissatisfaction with a grade received (grades are subjective opinions)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

Email support@draftgraders.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Pro Grader Payouts

Pro Grader earnings are subject to a 30-day hold for new graders. Payouts are processed at a rate of $0.50 per token with a minimum of 50 tokens ($25). Payout disputes should be directed to support@draftgraders.com.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
